Free UTM Builder for campaign links

Frequently asked questions
Which UTM parameters are required?
utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign are the ones to always set. utm_term and utm_content are optional — use content to tell apart two links in the same campaign, like two buttons in one email.
Should UTM values be lowercase?
Yes. Analytics tools treat values as case-sensitive, so “Email” and “email” are reported as different mediums. Pick lowercase and stick to it.
Should I add UTMs to links on my own website?
No. Internal links with UTMs overwrite the original source of the visit and break your attribution. Use them only on links that point to your site from somewhere else.
